CNC Machining

Our facility is equipped with an advanced Oil Country CNC lathe featuring a 355mm spindle bore, 3200mm bed length, and a 1000mm swing over the bed — ideal for handling large-diameter oilfield components with precision and efficiency.

CNC Milling

We operate an SHW 4.5-Axis Milling Machine featuring a spacious 4200mm x 1500mm bed, capable of spiral milling operations with high precision. The system is powered by advanced Heidenhain operating software, ensuring optimal performance for complex machining tasks.

Radial Drilling Machine

Our Universal-type radial drilling machine offers a drilling and tapping capacity of up to 60mm, providing versatility and precision for a wide range of oilfield applications.

Cylindrical Grinding Machine

We utilize a Churchill brand cylindrical grinding machine with a 4000mm bed and a grinding capacity of up to 22” outer diameter (OD). This versatile machine is ideal for grinding various oilfield components, including mills, stabilizers, PDC bits, and more, ensuring precision and durability for demanding applications.

Conventional Lathe Machine

Our conventional oilfield lathe machines are equipped with a 14” bore and a 3000mm long bed, providing reliable and accurate machining for a wide range of oilfield components.

Band Saw Cutting Machine

Our band saw cutting machine is capable of cutting materials up to 14” in diameter, ensuring precise and efficient material cutting for various oilfield applications.
